For Stage 1 & 2 tunes, we recommend one step colder
Brisk Iridium Performance 2MOER10YIR
This is a one step colder plug that uses Iridium as the conductor material. Iridium is known for its durability and will outlast a silver conductor plug in terms of maintenance replacement. The factory plug heat range is a 12, and the recommended heat range for stage 1 & 2 tunes is one step colder, or a 10 on Brisk's Heat Range chart displayed below.

Brisk Silver Racing 2MOER10S
This is a one step colder plug that uses Silver as the conductor material. Silver is known for being the best Electric and Heat Conductor, resulting in a superior spark over Iridium, but it needs to be replaced more frequently. The factory plug heat range is a 12, and the recommended heat range for stage 1 & 2 tunes is one step colder, or a 10 on Brisk's Heat Range chart displayed below.
Silver Electroid
For Stage 3 tunes, we recommend two step colder

Silver VS Iridium
Silver is known for being the best Electric and Heat Conductor, resulting in a superior spark over Iridium, but it needs to be replaced more frequently. So if maximum power output is your goal, then choose the Silver Spark plug option, or if you'd rather give up a few horsepowers and wait longer intervals to replace your spark plugs, then the Iridium option sounds like your choice.
